mHealth Intelligence: Half of Americans likely to use telehealth post-pandemic

According to a survey conducted by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research and The SCAN Foundation, many Americans would like to have continued access to virtual options like telehealth post-pandemic. Nearly half of respondents (48 percent) said that telehealth should continue after the pandemic is over. Though telehealth may provide various benefits to adults over 50, only 16 percent of people in this age group said they were extremely or very likely to continue using the care modality after the pandemic. In contrast, 26 percent of adults between the ages of 18 and 49 said they were extremely or very likely to continue using telehealth post-pandemic.
