Journal of Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychology: A Comparison of Telehealth and In-Person Therapy for Youth Anxiety Disorders

This study examined outcomes for youth with anxiety disorders treated via telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic and youth treated via in-person therapy prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. The study found that cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) both via telehealth and in-person were effective in reducing anxiety symptoms and functional impairment.
