In the fiscal year (FY) 2023 Omnibus Appropriations bill included a two-year extension of Medicare telehealth and commercial market telehealth flexibilities. The Alliance is excited to continue to work toward permanent telehealth authorization to ensure predictability for patients and clinicians.
