Assurance: The Impact & Perceptions of Telemedicine
Assurance, an insurance company, conducted a survey which found that 90 percent of respondents would recommend telehealth to someone who hasn’t previously tried it. Of potential significance to health care generally was that 62 percent of respondents said availability of telemedicine makes them more likely to seek care they would otherwise put off.
