The Alliance for Connected Care is led by a team of policy experts, strategists, and advocates dedicated to advancing federal and state policies that expand access to technology-enabled care. Our leadership brings deep experience across health policy, digital health, and coalition-building, working collaboratively with members and policymakers to ensure connected care is integrated into the broader health care system.

Chris Adamec
Chris AdamecExecutive Director
Chris Adamec has 15 years of experience elevating and empowering clinicians, patients, caregivers, and organizations to influence federal policymakers and enact changes in health policy. Chris serves as the Executive Director of the Alliance for Connected Care, a 501(c)(6) organization dedicated to ensuring that all patients are able to realize the benefits of connected care. Prior to the Alliance, Chris convened a wide range of policy stakeholders for the Primary Care Collaborative (PCC) and served as Director of Policy at the Healthcare Leadership Council (HLC), a coalition of chief executives of the nation’s leading healthcare companies and organizations. In these roles, he worked to convene leaders from all sectors of healthcare and built consensus for multi-stakeholder policy advocacy on a broad range of issues.
Krista Drobac
Krista DrobacFounder
Krista Drobac founded the Alliance for Connected Care to advance policies that expand access to technology-enabled care. She provides strategic leadership across the Alliance’s policy agenda, partnerships, and long-term vision.

With more than 30 years of experience across federal and state government and public affairs, Krista advises on a wide range of legislative and regulatory issues, including Medicare, Medicaid, accountable care, commercial insurance, digital health, and public health.

Katie has worked with a range of health policy institutions, including Trust for America’s Health, the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, and the Alliance of Community Health Plans.

Andrew Van Ostrand
Andrew Van OstrandSenior Vice President
Andrew Van Ostrand brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare policy, government affairs, and strategy across the healthcare technology, payer, medical device, and trade association sectors. He leads the Alliance’s policy strategy and engagement on key federal issues.

Most recently, Andrew led government affairs at Hims & Hers Health, focusing on telehealth, data privacy, AI, and pharmacy policy. He previously held leadership roles at One Medical (now part of Amazon), PatientPing (now Bamboo Health), Cigna, Medtronic, the Health Industry Distributors Association, and The Advisory Board Company (now part of Optum).

Rikki Cheung
Rikki CheungSenior Director
Rikki Cheung brings expertise in health policy, advocacy, and coalition management. She plays a central role in advancing the Alliance’s policy priorities, including drafting comment letters, analyzing regulatory developments, and engaging with policymakers.

Rikki holds a Master of Public Health in health policy from The George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in public health and business administration from Austin College.

Katie Vinson
Katie VinsonDirector
Katie Vinson brings experience across public health, health policy, and nonprofit advocacy. She supports the Alliance’s policy and advocacy work through research, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across member organizations.

Katie has worked with a range of health policy institutions, including Trust for America’s Health, the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, and the Alliance of Community Health Plans.
