Forbes: Telehealth: The Good, The Bad And The Could Be Better

A recent survey conducted by DocASAP found that 93 percent of physicians expect to continue to use telehealth solutions in the future. Nearly 70 percent of providers labeled telehealth as “convenient” and 90 percent identified convenience as the leading benefit of telehealth for patients. However, providers highlighted quality of care, patient expectations, and burnout rates as things that need to be better addressed in current telehealth models. While telehealth still needs some work, telehealth care models are here to stay.
